Sky Meadow Counseling & Wellness is expanding our Middlebury office and is seeking fully licensed mental health providers for 1099 (independent contractor) positions.

• In-person and hybrid roles based out of our Middlebury office
   
• Percentage-split compensation model
   
• Office space, billing, and insurance credentialing provided by Sky Meadow Counseling & Wellness
   
• Minimum caseload: 10 clients per week
   

• Must be fully licensed in the state of Connecticut - Associate level will be considered on W-2 basis
   
• Must carry professional liability (malpractice) insurance with minimum coverage of:
   
  • $1,000,000 per occurrence
     
  • $3,000,000 aggregate
     
• Proof of active coverage is required prior to being assigned clients
   

• Timely completion of clinical documentation and notes in accordance with ethical, legal, and insurance standards
   
• Ability to maintain a consistent caseload and reliable schedule
   

• Fully licensed mental health clinicians (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT,  LADC) - Associate level will be considered on W-2 basis
   
• Passion for integrative, whole-person care
   
• Comfortable working with chronic illness, nervous system dysregulation, and complex presentations (or eager to learn)
   
• Values collaboration, autonomy, and ethical, patient-centered practice
   

• Established insurance-based integrative practice
   
• Strong administrative and operational support
   
• Collaborative environment alongside mental health and naturopathic providers
   
• A practice culture that supports sustainability, clinical integrity, and growth
