At Sky Meadow Counseling and Wellness, we believe your journey toward wellness deserves a different kind of landscape—one rooted in validation, specialized expertise, and comprehensive care. Nestled in Watertown, CT, our practice is a woman-owned and woman-led sanctuary dedicated to those navigating the complexities of Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, often triggered by Lyme disease and co-infections, Long COVID, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, mold exposure and mycotoxin illness, and Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome /Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANS/PANDAS).
We understand that "invisible" illnesses require a highly visible level of support. We have built a unique, multidisciplinary team designed to treat the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. As one of the only Lyme-literate integrative teams in Connecticut that accepts commercial and state insurance, we are committed to making high-level, specialized care accessible to our community.
Our Collaborative Care Team
We’ve brought together a specialized group of practitioners who speak the language of complex chronic illness. By blending mental health support with physiological care, we bridge the gap between "feeling better" and "getting well."
- Integrative Counseling (LCSWs): Founded by Lyme-literate clinical social workers, our therapy focuses on the trauma of chronic illness, neurodivergence, and the mental toll of systemic inflammation.
- Naturopathic Medicine (NDs): Our physicians specialize in the root-cause treatment of Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome triggered by Lyme and co-infections, Long COVID, mold and mycotoxin illness, and MCAS through a functional, whole-body lens.

- In-Person: Therapy appointments are available at our warm and welcoming office in Watertown, CT.
- Telemedicine: All Naturopathic visits are conducted via our secure telehealth platform, and therapy appointments are also available virtually for your convenience and comfort.
